•  Authors who are interested in submitting a paper for the Conference should first submit to Ms Xuefeng Wang or Miss Jia Liu ( E-mail: tirmscm2007@bit.edu.cn ) ) an abstract in English. The deadline for the submission of the Full Paper is 25 August, 2007 . Please download the “ Full_Paper_Template” file for more information.

•  Authors should allow sometime for paper reviewing. Authors will be informed on the final acceptance of their paper by 15 September, 2007 . In the meantime, authors who receive Final Acceptance Letters will be sent the Official Registration Form for the Conference , which they must complete and return to the Conference Administrator as soon as possible.

•  The Official Registration Form will contain all the practical information on payment arrangements and methods. All payments must be made by 1 October, 2007 , otherwise the inclusion of papers in the Proceedings and also the participation of the author to the Conference are not secured.
